ABOUT HARPOON HELPS SPREAD HOLIDAY CHEER During the early part of December 2011, we will be sending Harpoon Helpers to various locations throughout Boston (shelters, soup kitchens, play spaces, etc.) as well as cities all over New England and in select cities across the country.
We need your help to spread good tidings to those who need it most in your area. You can signup to be a Harpoon Helper on this very special day and brighten up the holidays for many others.
Harpoon Helps has located some places that could really use some holiday festiveness. In 2010, over 600 people volunteered for Spread Holiday Cheer at 40 locations. This is highlighted by more than 450 volunteers decorating 27 locations in Boston alone.

DECORATION LOCATIONS: We will be decorating locations around the Greater Boston area, including downtown Boston and in Cambridge, Somerville, Jamaica Plain, Roxbury, Dorchester, East Boston, Brighton, and South Boston.
TIME: 11 to 3 PM

SPECIFIC EVENT DETAILS FOR BOSTON, MA
Join us at the Harpoon Brewery in Boston for coffee and donuts, and receive your team assignment when you check in. You’ll head out with your group to your decorating location. Afterwards, we invite you back to the brewery for a beer!
