We need YOU to help us fight hunger in Boston. So join us on Wednesday, July 25th from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm for a Harpoon Helps mission at the Greater Boston Food Bank where we will be helping sort food! The Greater Boston Food Bank is the largest hunger-relief organization in New England, and one of the largest food banks in the country. Each year the Great Boston Food Banks distributes over 24 million pounds of food to hundreds of local agencies. It will be our job to help sort food for distribution! All volunteers must wear flat, closed shoes in the warehouse. Volunteers should be dressed comfortably, not be too worried about getting a little dirty, and prepared to be on your feet. Snacks and drinks will be provided during a scheduled break time. After we volunteer, we’ll send you home with a Harpoon beer!  The Greater Boston Food Bank is located at 70 South Bay Avenue in Boston. You can learn more about the Greater Boston Food Bank at www.gbfb.org.
