**We have updated our policies on reviewing donation requests. Please read this page in its entirety before submitting a donation request.**

 

Thank you for your interest in Harpoon Helps! We are happy you have considered Harpoon to contribute to your upcoming event. We allocate our charitable giving budget on a monthly basis. Due to the volume of requests we receive, we ask that you submit your request according to this schedule:

The sooner you submit your request, the more likely we will be able to contribute. Due to the volume of requests we receive, we most likely will not be able to contribute to requests received outside these guidelines. 

 

Things to consider before submitting donation request:

 

  • Due to the number of request we receive, unfortunately, not every request can be met.
  • If you are requesting donated beer, please understand that there are certain liabilities we face when donating our products. You will be asked to sign our indemnification agreement and acquire an event insurance rider with Harpoon added as an additional insured before the donation is complete.
  • If your event is at a license account (bar/restaurant), you must deliver the donated product yourself and they must be willing to receive this donated product directly from you. We cannot deliver donated beer to licesed accounts for you.
