Thank you for your interest in Harpoon Helps! We are happy you have considered Harpoon to contribute to your upcoming event.
We are currently accepting requests for events happening in January 2015 or later. Due to the volume of requests we receive, we most likely will not be able to contribute to any events happening prior to then.
As a local company, we recognize the importance of community involvement and try to participate in the many charitable causes our community embraces. Each year, Harpoon donates thousands of dollars in product and merchandise to lend a hand to our neighbors. With each request we must analyze the cause, budget, and responsibility on Harpoon’s part. Unfortunately, not every request can be met.
In order to consider a donation to your event, we ask that you please fill out our Donation Request Form. Due to the number of requests we receive each week, we have a donation committee to review each request and enforce our internal donation policies. We must receive this form at least 4 weeks prior to the date of the event.
Because there are certain liabilities we face when donating our products, please be prepared to sign our indemnification agreement and acquire an event insurance rider with Harpoon added as an additional insured before the donation is complete.
